Our private new mums retreats are designed to meet your goals and schedule.  Bootie Call fitness will come to you at a fantastic retreat location and provide a fitness and nutrition program on site for you & other like minded mums. 

You can join one of our quarterly retreats, or, contact us to have us organise a retreat especially for you and your mothers group.

Our retreats will include workshops, cardio & strength workouts, spa treatments, yoga or pilates sessions, along with plenty of time for yummy mummy bonding, rest & relaxation.  The PERFECT recipe to get your body back in shape after baby!

Itinerary:

Our standard itinerary runs over one week (however, may differ depending on request from client) and encompasses an average day starting with a dawn cardio workout, breakfast of champions, spa treatments, weight workout, following on to health and nutrition workshop, dinner and free time.
