group friendsBootie Mums Focus Group Workouts are group workouts catering especially for mums to be and new mums.

Our training program is designed to ensure you look and feel your absolute best after baby. Our personal trainer understands exactly how important feeling great after having a new born is, along with the sesitivity and needs of a new mother.  Our training program focuses specifically on those goals and needs of a new mum.

Focus Group sessions are available to mums where you can train with other like minded mums.  You can also join one of our "Buddy" groups, linking up with other new mums for support.  Our trainer will help co-ordinate a "buddy" for you upon request.

Standard Focus Group sessions run 2 sessions a week for 1 hour, over 12 weeks.
